You're the person who is managing the cash flow of the business, under the direction and support of the Controller, so that we are successful as a company You'll be sending invoices to customers and answering their questions so that we maintain strong communication with our clients As the person on the front line of our financials, you'll be collecting and posting payments from customers You'll be managing collections and reconciling the credit card accounts You'll ensure that communication with our vendors is clear and concise by posting vendor invoices, managing vendor Certificates of Insurance and onboarding new vendor credentials You're a stickler for accuracy and will use your skills to conduct internal audits, send reports to the Management Team, and reconcile accounts and statements on a regular basis You're going to be the backup when our Controller is out of the office.
You will be trained on how to assist with payroll and other financial responsibilities so that you can fill in as needed and grow with the company! Bookkeeper Skills &
