This is a full time position.
Responsibilities:
Prepare customer billing on various types of construction contracts Work with Project Managers to send invoices in a timely manner Send customer invoices through email or upload to their online portals Answer phones and distribute calls or take messages as necessary Assist in other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing required Experience in data entry and comfortable working in systems and using excel Experience using Maximo a plus.
Strong computer skills including excel and word Ability to prioritize and multitask Work Remotely:
