We have been in business since 2001, and service most of Moore County & The Sandhill Area with professional, high quality service repairs, maintenance, and installations for both residential and commercial customers.
We are looking for a dynamic Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist to join our team, someone with passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments.
This position is the initial contact to our clients, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Monday thru Friday, 8:
30 am - 5:
00 pm with occasional overtime Primary Job Function:
Answer incoming calls.
Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
Supporting technicians in the field with parts quotes and parts ordering.
Warranty registration for new installs and warranty claims.
Permit applications.
Scheduling inspections.
Maintain customer database with current information.
Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Supporting accounting with AR invoices and timecards.
Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check 3 years related experience and/or training in schedule coordinating, customer service, dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience Stellar customer service skills both written and verbal Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, and Excel Data Entry, ability to type 40
WPM with accuracy A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position Aggressive self-starter The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail General sales skills and aptitude Experience in HVAC/R or similar industry desired Dispatching experience desired These job duties are a general overview, but not necessarily limited to these aforementioned items.
