Maintenance Technician - Flooring Installer

Our Maintenance Technicians are key members of our Property Management team. Our technicians interact with our residents on a daily basis as they carry out general repairs and preventive maintenance. This position will focus on flooring Installation. All of our team members should be courteous and present themselves in a professional manner to our residents service members and their families. Because we strive to provide the highest levels of customer service, our technicians will also need to be available for after-hour emergency repairs and or on-call scheduled work rotations. For this position we offer some flexible scheduling options.


  • 3-5 years experience in multi-family or campus housing maintenance
  • Proven competency and success in the specialties of flooring and general maintenance
  • Carpet installations on wood and concrete substrates as well as seaming, stretching and repair.
  • VCT/LVT/LVP/Sheet vinyl installation on wood and concrete substrates.

  • Floor preparation as well as site assessments and leveling with cementitous compounds. C

  • Superb customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, highly organized and energetic

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
