Data Analyst ERP-GCSS (Maintenance)

Job Description

The US Army Reserve Command (USARC) G-4 has a requirement for Global Combat Support System (GCSS-Army) services to be performed at Fort Bragg, NC and Midlothian, VA. Contractor will provide requirements, conversion, and sustainment assistance for Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) to the Army Reserve (AR). Provide Sustainment Information Systems (SIS) Maintenance and Data Records Management Services to perform all logistics support services in a cost effective, safe and environmentally sound manner.

ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Support Extract and analyze maintenance related data to ensure data is consistent with appropriate Army policy, requirements documents, and other enterprise authoritative sources. Data may be extracted from the GCSS-A system or from the emerging Increment 2 BI application. Report inconsistent information or data anomalies to the AR G-4 along with recommended corrective actions. Provide assistance/advice to government personnel with regard to correcting data. Report assistance/advice provided along with current status (pending/completed) of recommended corrective actions to the AR G-4. Provide maintenance data related business process expertise to the AR during development and fielding of emerging Increment 2 capabilities. Contractor will comply with Defense Department directives regarding life cycle replacements for equipment needed for this contract, property transactions, property accountability, property management, lateral transfer of property, temporary loans of property, property adjustments, property record keeping, property maintenance, and disposing property through the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO).

Qualifications Minimum of eight (8) years experience providing logistics support for major systems or conducting logistics analysis; A minimum of eight (8) years Army maintenance experience, of which a minimum of two (2) years automated experience using the Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-Army) system, is required. Functional experience in Army logistics information systems including the Force and Asset Search Tool (FAAST), Force Management System Website (FMSWeb), Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Army Organizational Server (AOS) (aka Defense Readiness Reporting System Army) and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) must be demonstrated. Materiel Common Operating Picture (M-COP) is desired, but not required.

Education: AA or AS degree in any discipline. An additional two (2) years of experience (above the experience requirements) may be substituted.

Clearance: Active Secret

Travel: Contractor personnel will be required to travel CONUS and OCONUS (Puerto Rico) during the performance of this contract to assist units in data cleansing. Contractor personnel may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.
