Trades Helper

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Trades Helper performs general
labor duties, operates equipment and assists other workers to complete facility
and equipment projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting technicians by holding materials or
tools and performing other entry level tasks as directed by technician. May
perform specialized machine duties. Successful candidate will be responsive and
reliable, detail-oriented, have good judgment and excellent problem solving
skills and be punctual. Essential Skills and Capabilities:

Skilled in maintenance trades, preferably
familiar with automotive maintenance.

of safety issues and ability to perform duties in strict compliance with OSHA

to work both independently with little supervisory direction and as a team

Ability to apply common sense understanding to
carry out instructions furnished in English (written, oral and/or diagram form)

judgment and problem solving skills

Must possess a valid driver s license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
