Global Indications & Warning Intelligence Specialist - Senior (CONTINGENT)

METIS is a Small Business providing training and education, intelligence analysis, and program management services to U. S. government and commercial clients around the globe. Our Senior Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and Operational Specialists have direct, on-the-ground expertise in planning and executing the most critical missions our country and business sectors have faced with current operations ongoing in the Middle East, South Asia, Afghanistan, Europe, and Africa.

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.


Team Members on this effort will be responsible for providing intelligence analysis and all aspects of information gathering, research, threat assessments, client development and predictive analysis as part of a Special Operations Forces (SOF) analytical team. Team Members must maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Deployments may be to a theater of operations with permissive, uncertain, or hostile environments while living in austere conditions for extended periods.


  • Support continuous, time-sensitive global indications and warning (I&W) and current intelligence analytical products, briefings, threat assessments, warnings and notifications
  • Serve as the JSOTF intelligence representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours
  • Conduct direct liaison and coordination with the Intelligence Community, Combatant Commands and senior leadership
  • Serve as a Joint Operations Center Intelligence Analyst and deploys in support of JSOTF
  • Conduct professional development, training and deployment preparations
  • Accomplish assigned special projects/tasks


  • Must have a minimum of Eight (8) years of experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies with a Minimum of five (5) years operational level
  • Must be highly proficient in utilizing current intelligence related automation, applications, tools, and databases to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Possess strong briefing skills and writing skills to articulate complex information in cogent, concise manner
  • Strong background required in the following analytical areas: Regional Analysis, Geo-Political Analysis and HUMINT/SIGINT Analysis
  • SOF and or CT intelligence experience and/or previous I&W Watch experience is desirable
  • Must possess a Valid US Passport
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
  • Must be able to obtain all immunizations required by the contract
  • Active Top Secret Level Clearance with SCI Access; Clearance, Access and Investigation must appear in JPAS and be within scope (5 Years)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
